Cancellation requests are reviewed before the order ships. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.
After shipment
If a parcel has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. We can guide you through the return process instead.

This request does not cancel the order instantly. It prepares a cancellation email to service@norsekin.com so support can review the order status and confirm the next step. If your email app does not open, use direct email support.
Policy reminder
- Free cancellation may be available before processing or shipment is complete.
- Once shipped, the order cannot usually be cancelled; eligible returns follow the published return policy.
