Request cancellation before shipment and keep the support trail clear.

Before shipment

Cancellation requests are reviewed before the order ships. We will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.

After shipment

If a parcel has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. We can guide you through the return process instead.

Use the same email used at checkout so support can match your request to the order.

Cancel an order

This request does not cancel the order instantly. It prepares a cancellation email to service@norsekin.com so support can review the order status and confirm the next step. If your email app does not open, use direct email support.

Policy reminder

  • Free cancellation may be available before processing or shipment is complete.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot usually be cancelled; eligible returns follow the published return policy.
  • The parcel address is not the return address. Contact support before sending anything back.
