SIZING & FIT

What size should I get?

NorseKin pieces run true to fit. Most customers wear their normal size. For layering — especially in the Cloak collection — size up one. Detailed chest, length, and shoulder measurements per garment are on our Size Guide.

How does the fit compare to fast-fashion brands?

NorseKin runs slightly more relaxed in the shoulder and torso than typical streetwear. Heavyweight construction means pieces hold their shape — they don't shrink-fit you. If you usually wear M in H&M / Uniqlo, M in NorseKin reads correct.

Will it shrink in the wash?

Pre-shrunk before cut and sew. Wash cold, line dry — minor settling expected (1-3% on first wash), no significant shrinkage.

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION

What materials do you use?

Heavyweight long-staple cotton for tops, hoodies, and cloaks. Reinforced double-stitched seams. YKK hardware tested past breaking point. Deep-saturation pigment dyes meant to age into character — not fade into nothing. No stock-vector graphics; every print is studio-developed from authentic Norse, Celtic, and ronin source material.

Are your prints original?

Every graphic is studio-developed from museum photography, archaeological transcriptions, period typography, or original illustration commissions. We don't use stock vectors or AI-generated art.

How do I care for my NorseKin pieces?

Wash cold, inside-out. Line dry or tumble low. No bleach, no fabric softener (it dulls the print). Iron on reverse if needed. Treated this way, our heavyweight construction outlasts trend cycles by years.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship to our active delivery countries with standard shipping at $8.99 under $80 and free shipping from $80. Most orders process in 1-3 business days and arrive in 7-18 business days depending on destination. Tracking is sent by email after shipping.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes. Eligible unworn and unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email service@norsekin.com first with your order number; we will reply with authorization and the correct return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Is there a NorseKin warranty?

Construction defects: lifetime — we'll repair or replace. Normal wear-and-tear after 1 year is expected. Print fading from improper washing isn't covered. If something fails on you, email us — we figure it out.

When do new collections drop?

New pieces drop 4-6 times per year, usually tied to a mythological theme. Subscribe to our newsletter (10% off first order) to hear it first.

Do you do wholesale or stockist accounts?
