30-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NorseKin accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging where possible.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us first
Contact service@norsekin.com with your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason. We reply within 24 hours with the return authorization and return address.
2. Wait for authorization
Please do not send items back before we approve the request. Returns sent without authorization, or sent to the address printed on the original package, may not be accepted.
3. Pack the item carefully
Use the original packaging if available and include your order number inside the parcel. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
4. Refund or exchange
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
WHAT QUALIFIES
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Size exchanges requested before the return window closes
- Defective or incorrect items reported with clear photos
WHAT DOESN'T QUALIFY
- Items worn outside, washed, altered, damaged, or with odors
- Returns started after the 30-day window
- Final sale, gift card, or personalized items where marked
- Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and return postage unless required by law
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email service@norsekin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
